TUGGING, PULLING AND WALKING, ALL IN THE NAME OF OPTIMAL HEALTH

40 minutes of this workout I was working out on the resistance machines in the fitness center. The remaining 16 minutes is the time it took me to walk to and from the gym.

It was partly cloudy, 82F and zero wind, which translates into a pleasant day at the southeast tip of the USA.
