I rode with Sandy, Tom and Steve for 25 miles of this ride. The remaining 6 miles was done on sidewalks at a 9 to 10 mph pace.
For a photo op and a change of pace, we rode through Peace Mound Park in the City of Weston. The park is stunningly beautiful.
This was my first fast group-ride in several weeks. Overall group pace was nearly 16 mph, whereas my overall pace for the entire ride was only 13.3 mph.
The boys really worked me today.
