Bobo’s Bicycle Escort Service was at it again, this time escorting his awesome wife while she ran/walked through the mall’s huge parking lot and CB Smith Park’s multiple roads and bike paths. My motto is: “You run or walk, I’ll ride and talk.”
My wife moved her body 9 miles by running and walking and I moved my body 11 miles by pedaling my road bike. I used the faster road bike because it has two bottle holders, whereas the mountain bike has only one.
According to my Garmin Edge, the temperature at the beginning of our run/ride was a comfortable 75F. A cooling breeze was coming in from the WNW. Nice morning all around, as I find it an honor and pleasure to escort the lady of my dreams.
