GYM AND ANOTHER WALK

After slowly walking to the gym, I spent 30 minutes pulling and pushing on upper and lower body resistance machines – two sets on each.

I then left the gym, slowly walking through the hospital’s parking area and along the lake. Several Ibis’ were feeding along the path that runs from the gym to the sidewalk.

My reward for a fine day of exercising is a strawberry smoothie made with fresh strawberries, almonds, ice cubes, tofu, soy-based yogurt, almond milk and a smidge of strawberry syrup.

It’s now time to play on the computer…
