No metric century ride for me today.
In a span of 36 hours, the three cyclists that I was planning on riding with during this morning’s 62-mile
Frank Stark A1A ride dropped out for various reasons.
Rider number one was admitted into the hospital Friday afternoon with what may be a serious illness.
Rider number two tweaked her back yesterday morning while helping someone move furniture.
Rider number three, the brother of rider number one, is staying by his sister’s side as he should be.
Rider number four, me, refuses to ride that far while one of his best friends lies in a hospital bed with so many anxieties.
Today indoor ride wasn't anywhere near the ride that I had planned on. But given the circumstances, the stationary recumbent had to suffice.
RIDE STATS:
Distance: 10 miles
Time: 00:41:29
Average/Max HR: 91/111
Calories Burned: 369
